Habits to add in your beauty routine

We can say that beauty comes from within, but if you have the most beautiful soul in the world is a shame to keep it hidden under an unkempt skin. As you age you will notice that your skin requires increasingly more attention and needed quality and more natural product.

You’ll notice also that it is important to build a daily routine that you should respect it as much as possible, with the right products for your skin. This routine has a few rules you have to follow if you want a great effect:

Step 1: CLEANSING

The secret of this step lies in simplicity. You need to find a cleanser and a quality cleanser that interacts well with your skin. Avoid soaps, which dry the skin. If you wear makeup, cleanse up easily without pressing the skin and then uses a cleanser. If you prefer to wash your face, use warm water to unclog pores. It is recommended to use both products in the same range as they are produced to complement each other.

Step 2: EXFOLIATE

Exfoliation is one of the very important steps that many of us forget or skip it. But exfoliation has an important role in the beauty routine: remove all traces of dead cells and pave the way for these products, which can penetrate the skin more easily. Experts say that men’s skin look better by shaving them just because you exfoliate daily. Use a scrub daily – or in the morning before applying day cream or night – before applying night cream. Use an exfoliating face mask once a week, on weekends, when you have the time. If only acts scrub the skin, the mask has the ability to peel deeper, stimulating collagen production.

STEP 3: MOISTURIZE

Do not let your lips aside. Give them special attention, exfoliating them lightly with a mixture of 1 teaspoon of honey and sugar. Then use a lip balm with SPF moisturizer, applying it every time you feel the need.

  • Your skin has special needs depending on the season. Winter is supposed to moisturize more and on summer you must protect it from the sun. It is best to alternate products based on these needs.
  • Even if you’re not wearing makeup it is good that in the evening to use a cleanser. It not only removes traces of makeup but also any dirt that covers the skin, caused by polluted air.
  • After you have applied daily face cream with SPF wait 5 minutes before your makeup to allow the cream penetrate the skin and another 10 minutes before going out in the sun.
